Search entries
A name, place, or other term entered in a search box is sent to the third-party provider that operates the tool. Medina County Released Inmates does not store or log those search terms on its own systems. The provider’s privacy terms govern its handling of the query.
Messages
An email or contact submission may be kept long enough to answer and maintain the related correspondence. We do not share the message outside the organization unless disclosure is required by law.
Automatic Technical Data
Routine technical information may be recorded when a page loads. It can include:
- Internet Protocol address
- Browser name and version
- Device class and operating system
- Pages visited and time spent
- The referring site, when supplied
- Date and time stamps
Cookies
Cookies help show how visitors use the site and support some functions. A browser can refuse or delete cookies. Parts of the site may work differently when they are blocked.
How Data Is Used

Some advertising partners can measure activity across websites to select ads. That tracking occurs through the partner’s systems and tools, not as a Medina County government process.

We do not sell personal information. Data may still be handled by:

Visitors Under Eighteen
This site is intended for adults and does not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under eighteen. If a minor has submitted information, use the Contacts page to request deletion.
Your Privacy Choices
Subject to applicable law, a person may ask for a copy of personal data we hold, request correction of inaccurate information, seek deletion, or object to certain processing. A request can be sent through the Contacts page. Identity may need to be confirmed before a request is completed.

This privacy notice may be revised as site practices or legal requirements change. A new version takes effect when it is posted here with its updated effective date.
